There's Something Nice About A Storm

There's something nice about a storm.
Trees are bent over from an invisible force,
Leaves quiver, grass shakes,
The sky turns so dark I contemplate it falling.
The sky cries
And the sunflowers are darker,
They don't stand up as well.
Something invisible has changed them.
But nature is beautiful
And damage done is just its way.
The trees will stop their quivering,
The sky will be bright again.
There's something nice about a storm
And how it reminds us that we can return from
Whatever makes us quiver, shake and fall.
We can be bright again too.
